I have used this provider for less than 6 months

This Daycare has gone downhill quick due to the fact of firing wonderful staff in the past 4 years. The staff now is very young, immature and very unreliable. The new Director shows favortism towards families she is friends with, she is very unprofessional and dresses terrible. I was appauled when I found out she hangs out drinking with her staff I will NEVER put my children back in there and many people feel the same way.

Since change of help the service and care is terrible. My six year old grandson attended there and was treated wonderful. Now my 1 yr.old grandson attends. My child is on a waiting list for new place and hopefully grandson can get in soon. They may want to fire staff and start over fresh with some of the great quality people they used to have employed there.
