The director's daughter Mia Levy was horrendous and displayed appalling behavior. She verbally accosted my son with offensive language. I have never in my life seen or heard of a teacher verbally cursing at a young child. Let alone a pre-schooler. This is not an establishment I would trust any child in. It is run more like a prison for preschoolers than an actual establishment that fosters learning and development.
This place is an absolute nightmare. The directors daughter Mia Levy is absolutely horrid! On my daughters first day of school,
1.)we walk in on Arianas first day and the floors were disgusting! They were in the process of placing new floors yet the carpets were full with debri and rather than vacuum they used the excuse of the fact they are renovating perhaps clean your floors during this process!
2.) No sign in sheet, was told "it was a crazy morning which is typical for Monday." You would think they would at least have a blank paper for parents to sign their child in with
3.) I arrive in the afternoon to check on my daughter as it was her first day and I wanted to find out how her first day was going. Waited at the front door for about 5 minutes because there was nobody in the office and some random teacher came opened the door. Asked who we were there for and brought me to the classroom. The teacher in the class simply pointed where my child was and told me to leave her blankets. Not one person asked for ID when I picked her up. Nor did anyone think to tell me how her first day was.
4.) They're feeding these poor kids cold English muffins out the bag for breakfast and tuna fish for lunch. Disgusting!
I attempted for 24 hours to reach the director or owner and finally was able to speak to the directors son. I tell him I've been trying to contact the office and he literally says to me "well aren't we busy."
Finally speak to an Emily from the office who called me later in the evening and gave me the excuse of the floors and that she would speak to her director.
Here's the kicker; the OWNER contacts me via email stating she would refund my money for the week I paid as my daughter spent 3 hours there. I decide to email her all my concerns thinking as she is the owner she would want to here these issues. BOY Was I wrong!!! She emailed me back stating that I was being ridiculous, stated to me who complains about improving floors, never ever addressed the security issues but went on to say what she REALLY thinks is I cannot afford the daycare and that's why I am complaining! Is that not crazy?! Mind you their weekly rate is $110 (you get what you pay for here) now my daughter is enrolled at a daycare costing $180 a week. Clearly the cost was NOT the issue. Nor was it even her place to make such a horrid statement!
These are some disgusting people and should not be caring for children!
This place clearly needs to be shut down!
Thank Goodness I got her out quick! My baby was only there for 3 hours and it was the longest 3 hours of my life. Literally cried when I dropped her off! Had such a bad feeling!
