We pulled our 6 month old son from this daycare due to safety concerns. On his second day, I picked him up to find that his entire nose was skinned. The staff's explanation for his injury didn't make sense. We ran their story past several other people, including his pediatrician, who agreed it didn't add up. Unfortunately, there are no cameras in the center, so we have no way of knowing what really happened.
On top of that, they charged us for a week he did not attend. We attempted to contact them twice for a refund. However, after we notified them that our son would not be returning, all professional courtesy disappeared and they refused to even respond. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone.
