I'm writing this anonymously since this place doesn't let any negative reviews be seen on indeed (for a good reason because they would have 1 star). I'm shocked they have positive reviews knowing what I know about this terrible place. Dee is extremely two faced and good at appearing professional to the parents but behind close doors she is the definition of a mean girl. Who else fires an employee soon to give birth over something petty like taking a longer break. They promised to provide a variety of help not just to her but other ex employees only to get rid of them after they basically used them. The teachers are the reason why this center is amazing but in the directors words "you're just a POS." They make that clear with their extremely high turnover rate. Something parents cannot deny. They take the teachers out sometimes and only do it for the sake of looking good on social media. Then they use that to guilt trip teachers in order to keep them from complaining about other issues going on at the center. Who else would fire an employee trying to report the center to DHS for terrible unsanitary conditions. RAT DROPPINGS EVERYWHERE. Its ridiculous. They probably don't have that problem anymore after so many scares with DHS. People like this shouldn't be running a center. Melinda is kind but she needs to get rid of the people she put in charge because they are bullies that talk behind parents back including hers. If you're reading this you're either a parent, a future employee, or Dee herself. I think you know now why they don't have a single negative review and its because they cover their asses pretty well. I know last year alone they got rid of 10+ great employees because once they see that you won't put up with their bullying they get rid of you. It really depends on whether the director likes you but that usually doesn't last long. If you care about your kids stop bringing them to a center that only cares about money. Don't be fooled parents. Just reach out to anyone they've fired. Even the ones that left willingly. I'm sure they're figure out to get rid of this review so if you see it anywhere else it really is just me trying to shine some light on the director.
