There is NEVER anyone at the front desk in the mornings, if you need to make a payment or have a general question both the director and the asst. director are in the office on their cell phones. In the afternoon, there is a lady at the desk, but she never looks up from the computer and is always shopping online. There is no monitoring of who is coming or going and even with the security code pad, if someone enters behind you there is not control. There has been wet dirty carpet lying outside in the picnic area for weeks close to my daughter's classroom. LOVE my daughter's teachers but very frustrated with the way the facility is run.
The pre-k teacher Ms. Judy and the manager Ms. Marjorie Barry ruin the place for everyone. Â The teacher has no patience with children nor does she watch them decently. Â I have seen a child get scarred on their face from fights that the teacher didn't see and another teacher had to come from their area to stop. Â I went to watch my child and saw multiple fights and the teacher was oblivious to them. Â So, I stopped them. Â I stood by the door and watch children go back and forth at each other while Ms. Judy was putting up paperwork. Â If she would take the time and set a presence, they could be all right. Â I have seen my child digress to having temper tantrums...my son is four and didn't have tantrums since his first one at around one...something is NOT right. Â I asked if they were ever going to get cameras, they said they didn't have the money; but, were wired for the future. Â I believe, 100% my opinion, that they don't want them because it will show the true story. Â I brought several of issues to Ms. Barry about Ms. Judy (her friend for numerous years) and even spoke to them both about my observations, it only became worse. Â It seemed after the each conversation, my children were targeted and "did something" inappropriate. Â To include protecting themselves from some of the bullies at the daycare who seem to hit/push on one of my children daily despite me asking that they stay away from my children. Â I have noticed this on certain children. Ms. Judy even REFUSED to teach some children. You will regret it eventually if you take your older child there, I did. Â
