I am the owner

Sierra,
Thank you for your review. I often use any feedback, negative or positive as a learning experience. As a college educated black woman, I must say this is the first time I have been referenced in this manner however, your perception is your reality. As a woman, to see another woman degrade and tear down another is so unfortunate and speaks volume into a person's character. As a business woman, we have children at our center that have been with us since they were infants and we have watched them grow and have built lifelong bonds with our families. Although our partnership did not work out, I refuse to degrade or disrespect you or your family. My prayer for you is that you find peace and that you find childcare that will accommodate your needs.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My daughter started to attend this facility because Ashley and Kim watched her at another facility. My baby started there in February 2021 and it has been problems since. Issue 1: My child would bring other kids mask and clothes home. When I would tell Emily this, she would say " o kids lose stuff al the time", no concern for the hygiene, especially in the middle of a pandemic. She also was sent home with a mask that was soaked in piss like it fell in the toilet and then they put it on her face. DISGUSTING Issue 2: In May 2021 my daughter came home with a log of poop in her panties because no one helped her wipe her bottom properly. (I have the picture) Marie told my husband she personally helped my daughter in the bathroom that day, so she saw the poop and let it go. When I told them about it, they brushed it off (I have the emails) we also had an in person meeting with Emily and during that meeting, my baby's jacket was on the floor. The jacket that was on the floor was from two days prior to the date of the meeting, which clearly showed that no one cleaned that classroom the day before because it was in the block play area..NASTY. Then after I told Emily I would report her for these hygiene issues, she then tried to make it seem like everything my kids did was a problem. ( I have emails). When I told her that she was unprofessional, unaccountable, she said it is water under the bridge since I am taking my child out of here. Kim and Ashley are only following the rules so none of this is their fault. I have worked with them since my kids were 6 weeks old. The directors are nasty women that do not take hygiene serous. If they want to walk around all day with stains in their draws fine, but they should not let the kids go through this type of nastiness. This behavior says a lot about their own hygiene. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE THEY WILL NOT BE PROPERLY CLEANED. I HAVE NEVER MET WOMEN WHO THINKS IT IS OK FOR A LITTLE GIRL TO BE NASTY. THAT IS TACKY, TRIFLING, AND DISGUSTING. Emily is completely incompetent, unprofessional, ignorant, and ghetto. She gives this place a bad reputation and Marie should dissolve this partnership immediately. Emily do not contact me after you see this we have nothing to talk about, don't even comment about how you love those kids because you definitely do not. You are a nasty female attitude and hygiene wise.
