I have used this provider for more than 6 months

There are some good teachers that work here. However, favoritism has always been a thing with daycares nowadays. No matter where you go, you’ll always have that one parent that works there and also have their child in the same class with your kid.

Renee has tried working with me before to resolve issues. However, this was the final straw. Whenever my son would always cry and say, “So and so keeps punching me, kicking me, and pulling me to the ground” “Mama I had a bad day at school today” “Mama I don’t want to go to school” “Mama please make the pain go away” “Mama make my day a better day”

DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND HOW I AS A PARENT AM SO OUTRAGED?!
Physically seeing blood, scabs, wounds (untreated), and bruises all on my son’s arms, back, legs, and face. (I have pictures).

I was very nice whenever the first instances occured. Well not no more! The teachers/ director will reassure me that they are watching my son. When in fact they ARE NOT. Which on 02/15/2024 I went to pickup my son and the teacher was calling for him to get his things to go home. Well my son was not seen at all. The teacher started to panick and ran inside the daycare to check and see if he was inside using the bathroom. Nope. He was gone and she looked at me with panic and said “Don’t worry he’s here!” My heart went into my stomach, a fear that I never wanted to experience. Having my child going missing in someone else’s care. Now I’m screaming my son’s name. No response. Finally he gets out from under one of the play toy things from outside. And I grabbed him and held onto him tightly.

So that should be more proof of them not watching your child at all. And yet I pay them weekly to do so.

The child bullying my son is the son of the same teacher watching my son.
And the director of this daycare had the audacity to tell me on 03/12/2024 that “Your child is always the instigator and likes to play rough…”

Mind you, I have video proof of my son mimicking other children’s behavior. If they play rough, he’ll play rough. If he is getting picked on, he will pick on that child back. My son is the most loving and caring boy ever. And you’ll see him out in public parks wanting to play on his own, unless he is approached by another kid that wants to play with him. He will in fact play with the other kid nicely, unless the other child doesn’t play nicely otherwise…

I have documentation of the bruises, cuts, and wounds he has had while in this daycare’s care. His chin busted open, bleeding. They never gave him medical care. Just a wet wipe to “stop” the bleeding. Which, wet wipes do the opposite.
No bandaid, no neosporin, no nothing. Just a wet wipe for his bloody chin.

Also the director told me he got “hurt” by playing a game called 'Chicken'. It’s when the other person is swinging on the swing set and the other person in front of them have to run and duck quickly from getting hit by the swinging person. Which is a very dangerous game! Why would they admittedly say that the children play this type of game? Whenever I was a third grader this game was banned altogether. Yet, they have young toddlers playing this and allowing it? Openly watching them hurt themselves.

I am very disappointed, and I used to like this daycare a lot. I know everyone is not perfect. But c’mon it’s always the same kid picking on my son, and it’s always my child getting hurt at the end. Well not no more! I am pulling my son from here, and that is that.

If you plan on taking your child or children here, please document everything. And do not trust what anyone else says. Always trust your child on what goes on.
