I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I really didn't want to leave 3 stars, but our children had an ok experience here, until they were kicked out. They don't want to work with your children. When it is too much for them to handle, they give them the boot. If your child is not a sweet little angel of Jesus and a well behaved 2 yr old, they are quick to label your toddler as a bad child and are done with them. We have since found another daycare which our children have been excelling at. They are doing so well! The new daycare sends photos and daily reports of our children. I should be thanking Faith Baptist for kicking our kids out, as they are in a much better place now. Also a big plus, my children get to celebrate Halloween at the new daycare this week yay! Finally, I'd also like to mention that I have coworkers who have also taken their kids to Faith and had a good experience. It's just not for everyone.

Overall, this facility provides excellent care. The teachers have all been there for many years (which says a lot), it's Christ centered and you can tell with the character of the teachers. The administrative staff is really easy to work with. I have very little complaints. The only thing I would improve on is the cleanliness of the infants room. It is pretty clean don't get me wrong...they wash the linen daily and wipe down the toys daily with Clorox (I'm really pretty happy with it) - call me over protective but I would have the teachers take their shoes off when walking around in the room. Although only teachers are allowed in the infant room to reduce traffic, they wear their shoes, which they used to walk across the parking lot, then the babies play on the floor picking up whatever germs left from the bottom of the shoes. This is my observation and yes, I am a germaphobe to an extent. But again, overall I'm really happy with the services provided and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

An excellent place for our son - no complaints. As another comment said, they go the extra mile & above state regulations. They are honest with us, I haven't always enjoyed what our teacher said to me, but it was truthful. As my wife told me, they put my child's needs above my feelings. They aren't beyond asking parents to go elsewhere if it's for legitimate reasons or if its better for the other children - they don't put money above care for children. from one situation my wife knows about, lazy parents will not find it comfortable for the long-haul. The teachers communicate well, we've had two teachers since being there and they aren't just babysitters, but are interactive. We don't know why anyone would give them a 1 star rating (tallymom) - give an explanation for such a low rating, because a center that's truly 1star would not last long. If you were enrolled, what happened to your "little sweet heart" that made you leave? If you weren't enrolled then how could you give a rating at all - I could see a parent that's not a church goer would not enroll (it is a reason we chose it), but to give it such a low rating without reasons, lacks credibility.
One negative comment I have is sometimes I wish they were open later.
There are more expensive options in town, but none that are better, that we know of.

I don't understand what "Tallymom" is saying? The teachers are always smiling and love being there. Children are cared for above and beyond the DCF regulations. The are Christ centered and it's obvious in the excellence of care given!
