I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Director seems too busy to take proper protocols to inform me that my child was hurt. It was my daughters second day and she will NOT be returning! Her finger was slammed “by a play kitchen door” which left her finger swollen, purple and bloody. I was NOT notified. The Director took he blame and apologized for not informing me because she got “too busy”. Teacher that wrote report stated the kitchen door slammed on her finger but my daughter said a little girl slammed the door. That was NOT in the report. I do not recommend this center!
