I have used this provider for more than 6 months
I can’t believe Thelma Simms Calls Element a Learning Center. At most my autistic nephew learned that a 65 year old lady was incapable of providing care for him for 1 hour a day for a four year old with autism spectrum disorder. This incompetent woman had the nerve to even say she didn’t know he had autism as if she didn’t read his enrollment form. Thelma even backed up her employee Ms. Meko after she said the child was acting like a fool. If I could give zero stars I would because childcare and autism is out of Thelma’s Element.
This wonderful place has been transporting my grand son to headstart during the school year. They are now watching him full time for the summer. Miss Thelma and Mr Gordon run a place where all children are welcomed , respected and valued. The staff is caring and nurturing without a lot of turn over.
I take my 3yr old and my 2 month old to this daycare. The staff is wonderful. They were very patient and loving when my daughter started. She had a hard time adjusting to going to daycare for the first time and now she loves it.
