Description: Early Encounters (EE) is a ministry of PHUMC to children and families. A state-licensed facility with a low staff to child ratio, EE provides a safe and nurturing Christian environment for the care and instruction of infant (8 weeks) through preschool children. Additional after-school care and summer camp programs are offered for children K-5th grade.

Terrible place to work. Got exposed to covid AT WORK and they said I could not return and would have to quarantine without pay. They then lied to us about what the board told them. Asked one of the board members and they had no idea what we were saying
Terrible experience, my child has asthma and had an attack, instead of giving her inhaler, teacher there ignored it as a "panic attack" from being picked on by the other children and told me I needed to raise her to be tougher. Would not recommend.
A teacher who is still working there was cruel to my child, by isolating her at lunch and ignoring her. Another teacher there bit a child because the child bit another student.
