Description: For more than 30 years, ECLC has provided programs for low-income families as well as families with children deemed developmentally delayed. The agency serves children who are eligible for Head Start, NYS Early Intervention Program or Committee for Preschool Special Education Services under the NYS Education Department. We believe that parents are the primary educators of their children. Parents and teachers work together in partnership to address the needs and holistic growth of each child so that learning will be supported in the home and school reflecting and honoring the lives of children, their families, and their communities.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
