I simply called to inquire and was met with an incredibly rude "Who is this? I'm busy." After asking about the facility, I was informed that there were no openings and then hung up on. I completely understand being busy running a facility, but the tone and word choice should have been significantly better. I wouldn't dare let someone like this watch my children. I would like them to have manners and apparently this person doesn't have any.
