There is not a low enough rating for this woman's day care. Anyone who clearly slaps a little baby in the side of her face and head and slaps her so hard that there are clearly finger outlines remaining needs to be shut down, charged with child abuse, child neglect, put under the jail and NEVER BE ALLOWED TO HAVE ANY FORM OF BUSINESS that involves the care of any living person or animal. You ma'am are a sorry excuse for a human being.
