My child has gone to DC since they were 6 weeks old (now over 2 years of age). The staff go above and beyond to care for each child by having daily transparent communication via daily reports to parents, proactively reaching out to parents about any inconsistent behavior, stick to a predictable routine for children, and provide intentional and well-rounded meals for children. The director/manager can name every child and can identify parents per child. In each classroom my child has progressed to, the teachers have proactively celebrated my child's accomplishments and provided quarterly developmental reports and pictures of activities. I never question the intentionality or quality of experience my child has at Discovery.
