Here at Discovery Village we are passionate about early education. Ninety percent of a child’s brain growth happens by age five. One million neural connections are made every second in response to a child’s experiences. It is these moments in the first few years of life that shape how a child’s brain develops. For many children, preschool is their first experience away from their parents. Teachers utilize positive behavior approaches in classroom management and promote emotional intelligence through modeling and coaching. We encourage children’s budding social skills by facilitating cooperative play and promoting healthy foundations for peer relationships. 

Our meadow and classrooms provide children a beautiful playspace with carefully curated toys and activities to encourage curiosity and a love of learning. Routines and rhythms are at the heart of our school days and promote wholistic growth and development.
