I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Not a safe place for your kids. The director is not mentally sound. She brought back a teacher that had been reported hitting my kid and others. These are direct words out of her mouth. “I put her on paid leave until I got back from vacation after the first claim was made then removed her when it happened again and multiple teachers witnessed it.” 3 reports were made by 3 separate teachers. She couldn’t trust one of her employees claims she had to wait until multiple people came to her. If you actively have your kids schooled the please be worried if mrs. Michaela is your teacher. This wouldn’t be the first time she brings her back in after letting her go. We have been noticing a slow decline in quality as my wife worked there the past 6 months (1 year of work history at this facility) Ms Dena is loosing care and compassion for her children and seems to now view them as a paycheck she won’t dismiss aggressive kids after they are pulling hair clumps of hair out (bag and sent home with the parent) and leaving bruises on other children within the facility. What made us call it quits is my child having her shoulder and wrist dislocated and Ms.deana wants to blame it on another kid at the facility but I find it would be difficult for 2 year old to use that much force on another 2 year old. There was no explanation of what or how it happened. If this makes any parent feel better her resolution is to go from 4.33333 kids per teacher to 11 kids per teacher so now you have less teachers watching these aggressive kids. This is the direct resolution coming straight from Ms. Deana.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I have been extremely happy with the services! Deana is frank and straight forward, I like that. She is resourceful and will spend time on the phone to guide people she doesn't even know even if she can't help them! She is KNOWN for her countless hours at work and even on the weekends for these children, we all see her car there. She truly runs the facility with her heart and it is very apparent that she loves what she does! There is no doubt in my mind she deserved that Award "Diamond of Distinction" for our community! The best reviews come from the children, when I see them walking in her office to get a hello or goodbye hug from her EVERY DAY, that says it all to me!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Where to begin, I have know Deana personally and professionally for several years. Before my child was even thought of I worked for Deana. I not only got to see the background operations of this childcare center, I was apart of it. Deana is very professional and providing quality care is her main concern. My child has also attended her school throughout VPK. Deana is a phenomenal teacher and has taught my child so much. We actually just got the results back from our Kindergarten pre-screening and my child was above average. She is very caring and loving. Deana is very straight forward and takes her job/business seriously. I highly recommend Deana as a VPK teach and an even better director/operator. WE LOVE YOU MRS. DEANA! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

There is lady named Wanda that works on the premises that I have seen at the methadone clinic and snorting pills in the daycare's parking lot. I went in to ask a few questions about considering helping a family member out for daycare. I got back in my car after asking for her name and left after witnessing that. Can not believe they have an employee working there doing this around children. Highly disgusted.
