Araceli has a Bachelor's in Human Development specialized in Child Development & Education, Child Development Permit & AA in Early Childhood Education. Araceli has over 8 years of paid experience working with children and families in a variation of settings. Some settings include but are not limited to running Parent Groups, teaching toddler music classes in English, Spanish and Sign Language, Teaching Swim Lessons, Nanny, working with trouble youth and volunteering in a preschool classrooms. Araceli's passion to work with young children began at a young age when she volunteered in a parent room at her local elementary and teaching young children swim lessons. Seeing the amazing development and relationship the child and parents built with her inspired her to work with families. Throughout her college years Araceli worked for a non-profit running, operating and creating socials, groups and classes for families. Araceli also expanded her education by taking trainings and workshops outside of school. Araceli was a member of NAEYC, trained Postpartum Doula, and Breast Feed Peer Counselor. Araceli's goal is to operate a small family home daycare where she can help children thrive and develop into respectable and prospering adults.
