I was not happy how the teachers deals with my concerns regarding my son. I have a lot of concerns with them 1) They are not changing my son's diaper often which resulted to diaper rash. In the span of 2 days my son's pants, shirt and nap mat is wet. The only thing they have told us was, that they did their job they changed the diaper of my son before taking his nap. But I am wondering if they changed the diaper, in the span of 2 to 3 hours nap my son peed huge amount of liquid. It happended twice and I am very upset. 2) We asked them to assist my son in eating his food and they think that we are asking a lot from them and they have told us they are doing extra with our request. But that's part of their responsibility to ensure that the kids are eating properly. 3) We ask them to make sure that they are cleaning the behind of our son properly since we have noticed numerous times that when we clean and changed my sons diaper and clothes after daycare there are traces of poop on my sons behind. Lastly, the teachers do not know how to handle concerns of the parent like me. They do not know how to apologize and accept the wrong things that they have done.
