This daycare has went downhill, unfortunately. Cheyenne is the only reason I have kept my daughter here for so long. Cheyenne is a great teacher, but she IS NOT being properly supported via staff and ownership.
I wasn't able to just stop by for my tour, it had to be scheduled. I showed up at exactly my appointment time. It was completely dark (was told it was nap time) without even a lamp or night light for safety. I was worried about tripping and injuring my own baby. Why would the staff schedule a tour during nap time? As soon as I walked in, the smell of disinfectant hit me like a brick wall. It was so strong that I felt sick by the time I left. I feel so sorry for those kids if they have to breath that on a regular basis. When we got into the infant room (rooms are separated by baby gates), she agreed to turn the light on for less than a minute. There were infants sleeping in swings. It's impossible to supervise them in complete darkness. There were also only 3 adults there for all the children, infants and up. I reported them to the state, but I don't see any inspection on the list after my visit so they must not take it too seriously. I would NEVER leave my child in a place like that.
I was browsing the web trying to find a daycare for my twins. I’m so excited to have found you guys again.. I was their back in 2013 and I moved to Washington , well I’m back . I’m hoping you still have reasonable pricing and those wonderful , caring staff. Can someone pls call me I need daycare for my 8 month old twin boys asap.. I start a new job on the 29 th of this month thanks .. 872 703-3322.. again thanks so much.
When I toured this Daycare, it was dark and I almost fell due to the fact that the kids were napping. The tour should have taken place before nap time. The number of kids to adult was not correct. Several kids but only two workers. The place appeared to be clean but was only clean on the surface. The teachers were friendly, but the director was snappy and not very personable.
Very dirty, teachers scream at kids, ratio is always over. No communication.
