<li>All I have to say is the communication from owner-teacher-parent is very bad. They do not communicate with you as a parent if your child is low or getting low on diapers or wipes. And when u text them notifing them that u were not aware they tell u (in a rude way) that its the parents responsibility to look if their child is low. But they did not tell me this when I agreed and signed documents. &nbsp;In the beginning the teacher's would let me know when anything was needed like wipes, diapers and pull ups but out of no where, they started saying its the parents obligation to check. I've discussed this issue with a few and they all felt like as a day care center it is their responsibility to let us parents know when our child is low on anything. The teacher's are great, and I love that my two kids had plenty of interaction with kids their age group. I would love if more of the teachers stayed permanently, about a handful of teachers were regulars the others would come and go, and like I said the communication from owner-teacher-parent is bad. My 1 year old requires over the counter treatment for diaper rash, &nbsp;I let them know to put (butt paste) every diaper change, since she is sensitive. Once a new teacher arrived she was not informed that my baby needed the treatment and did know to use it even though I left a full bottle there and let the head teacher know about it. Also, when I first got a tour of the facility I was told that they make sure the kids all brush their teeth so I left a tooth brush and paste but when I ask my 3 year old , going on 4, &nbsp;do u brush your teeth at day care he says no every time &nbsp;and I was never asked to bring more tooth paste not once. &nbsp;My two children 1 &amp; 3 have been here a year.&nbsp;</li>
