When I first brought my child here it was a great fit. Morgan is amazing and truly a great caregiver! Over time Kristina (the owner) became more and more negative toward me. She insisted I switch my babies formula. I went to three doctors who all told me not to and that he was a healthy great baby. Over time every time I picked up my child she gave me negative feedback. The only positive words I heard about my child’s day would come form Morgan. When I would make suggestions to help him have a better day I was met with a cold demeanor and frustration. What else should a mother do when told everyday that my child is struggling? She used this as a reason to terminate me as a client. When we returned to day care after the covid she texted me asking for a eating and sleeping schedule. I complied and she used that as a reason to terminate us as well. Additionally on his first day back he came home dehydrated, he did not urinate for 12 hours, was not salivating, and was screaming and refusing to eat. When I asked what he had eaten and drank that day she refused to tell me. We paid almost $2k to hold his spot and she terminated it after the first two days he was back. She shared and and made fun of details about my child’s care with another client of the day care, leading me to believe that his dehydration was not just an oversight, but a result of her personal feelings towards me. Additionally she used mine and my husbands military service to suggest we do not need bring our child there anymore due to being “higher risk” for covid exposure. Meanwhile she has medical professionals, and salon workers that she did not do this too. After receiving a letter form her saying we were terminated I spoke with her and she said she would reconsider and give me a call later. During that time she blocked me from Facebook, and deleted my babies care history in the baby connect app. At that point I decided I wanted no part of her reconsideration.
This is all to say she did not like that I did not do everything her way. If you do not want to have a lot of say about your child’s care, or feel comfortable giving input this would be a great place to take your child.
