I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Out of convenience to the Train Station, we had our 2 kids enrolled in preschool and after school. One of their teachers was playing very rough with all of the kids in the outdoor play area and made 4 children cry by throwing dodge balls and kicking soccer balls at the children at full force where they had to hide so that they would not be hurt. This teacher dragged our child by her feet for over 10' and her back was scraping the ground and she had scrapes and bruises and her back and head. During the day, we were called and told by the owner of Corner Stone that our child was hurt in the play area but did not tell us a teacher hurt her and they never even filed an incident report on the day of the incident. When we picked her up that evening she told us that the teacher was hitting all of the kids with the balls and the teacher dragged her by her feet, her shirt was pulled up and scraped her back on the floor. The next day we went to see the owner and demanded to see the video which we saw and were horrified. We told them that we were calling the Police and Child protective services which we did and made the reports. Our daughter was injured and traumatized by these events and as parents, so were we. The owner was rude and only cared about keeping her very high monthly tuition. She never even refunded the monthly tuition after we pulled out our 2 children because they injured and traumatized our daughter. They never notified the other children's' parents which were also hit by the teacher with the balls (We saw this on video).
Please do not leave your precious children at Cornerstone Children's Center, they do not care about your child's best interest, they only care about collecting money. We would highly recommend Lincoln Academy or Woodlot Christian Pre-School as an alternative. I would attach photos of the injuries but it is too painful for my wife to relive this nightmare. Everything I have written are facts and can be supported with police reports, violations and photos of our daughters injuries on her back.
