I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Nasty nasty. As soon as you walk in the smell hits you. The carpet/floors are disgusting. Children noses are filthy and no one takes the time to wipe off their noses. They allow sick kids to come especially if they have a close relationship with the child parents. When asked about this their response is because they dont want that childs parent(s) to miss work. So they would rather expose other kids to getting sick. They have had several visits from the state and still arent quality rated. They use other kids clothes for kids who's parents didnt bring them a change of clothes in case of an accident. The kids get left alone alot. The directors daughter also works there and doesnt show up as much as she should due to special treatment cause of relationship to director. The staff also uses other kids diapers/pull ups for other kids who run out. Several others who kids no longer go here mentioned seeing roaches in the kitchen and classrooms. Please send your kids to a childcare that is clean, safe and quality rated by the state. Yes this childcare is faithbased but dont let that fool you. Check the reports online. The staff isnt even trained. The teacher my daughter had is no longer there. She did arts and craft with the kids, was very friendly, and very clean. Not sure if she had the right trainig or not but my child would come home talking about something she learned and would bring something home she made with her teacher. Anytime my daughter came home with a scratch or a boo boo this teacher made sure to write a report explaining to me what happened. All of that changed when she left. Now my daughter no longer attends Class Act. I noticed her behavior changed and she just didnt seem happy anymore. The only way I would ever consider her going back is if she got her old teacher back. Several other parents talked highly of this teacher as well. She had fun with the kids and the kids had fun with her but also had respect for her. Very frustrating to parents and children to have several different teachers in such a short period of time. I believe her old teacher had children of her own and you can tell. Just take a tour of this school first. Ask if the teachers are trained. Check out the staff.
