Extremely high turn over rate with teachers due to extremely low pay and poor management. This leads to a very inconsistent environment and lots of confusion for young kids. This is a CORPORATION that sees your child as just another number and not a human. Their goal is to cram as many kids as possible into a room with as few teachers as possible--no exceptions. There is no positive reinforcement and no time for personal interaction due to such high ratios. Every time I went in to pick my son up the teacher was screaming at a child. Do yourself a favor and find a more intimate and positive solution for your childcare. I learned the hard way.
