I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Went to this daycare for about 2 weeks and pulled my kids out. First day the bus was picking them up from school they didn't show up. My kids walked home alone after panicking. The director said the bus just arrives late...but never told me or my children this. I had to leave work to go be with them. The bus also drops off the kids right when school starts which gives them no time to get to their doors in time. I talked to the director about this multiple times and the only thing that came out of it was them making my daughter cry. A parent should be able to talk to the director about something without worrying about them going straight to the kid and confronting them about the problem. Especially after promising the parent it would be kept between the adults. Every day my kids dreaded going here and they've never had issues like this with their last day care. Something is going on....

Also my the bus driver wouldn't let my older daughter buckle my youngest one...she kept saying to her "even a two year old can do it." and "does everyone do everything for you?!" Shes only five and has a hard time with buckles. smh

This place has not been the best daycare for anyone to work there or take your children to. They are making the employees sign unlawful paper statements for any write ups the state gives the owner, for the employees to get 25 dollars taken from there checks. They have a food menu for the kids and feed them pizza, hot dogs and macaroni and cheese every other day. They're not state approved feeding from the state guidelines. They put their workers on salary for only 8 hours a days and one person there for seven years still work 13-15 hours with only a salary based pay. To take advantage of the people that really love their job is unexplainable. And not legal. The so called director Tiffani brown is barely there to direct the daycare, just sit at home and get paid for nothing. (what a waste) I'd hate to work here or have my kids here.
