I would give a 10 star if possible.Kids love it here, even in the Summer all they ever talk about is going to Daycare for Summer camp
wow such a lovely environment. 3 of my kids attend the Daycare and I have recommend many family members here.
wow nothing but great things to say about this Daycare. My children have grown so much since being there and i am so grateful. I am very happy to have found this daycare
The owner is a very rude lady and thinks she can talk to people stupid and rude . And threaten them and make false reports on people. This is the worse experience I have ever had .
My Children started attending this daycare the beginiing of this year. This daycare is a big blessing. My children is doing so well. They are learning so much. I love the new staff, they are genuine. There's been a big change over off staff and I must say it has been a very good change. There' has been such a great relationship with the staff and children and my children is comepletly enjoying themselves. It is so nice to hear my children say to me why did i come to pick them up so soon , they will say to me why did i come so early to pick them up from daycare. The afterschool programe is really great. They are cooking, doing differnt art work and have different teams and different activities. Deffinely a happpy parent.
I have a 2 year old daughter and a 4 year old son, they both been going to this daycare for over a year now. Words can't express how satisfy I am about their services. My children always come back home extremely happy and they never complain when it is time to go back at the daycare. My kids enjoy being at the daycare, with their friends. They have a lot of activities to keep the kids involved in a good environment. Honestly, my kids have more fun when at the daycare than at home. On top of that, the staff at the daycare are super nice and friendly. They always give me clear and concise information. It is very easy to reach out to the director Cheryl Ann, she is very open and understanding. Honestly, I love this daycare. They are keeping my kids happy and safe and as long as my kids are happy, I am happy.
My child attended this facility for quite some time, yet I was never formally introduced to his so called teacher, nor was I informed of what type of curriculum or educational activities, if any, that my child had been working on. No educational assignments were sent home with my child and I only noticed my child developing behavioral problems of hitting, kicking, and pinching when he came home. Whenever I asked the Director or Assistant Director any questions related to what went on throughout the day with my child, or even so much as what my child ate, they would quickly become defensive as if I don't have a right as a concerned parent to know what goes on with my child, like how dare I ask them anything about my child. Communication is lacking in this facility and no one is ever on the same page. Whenever I asked the same question to different staff members, I would get several different answers, which is the reason I believe, the Director and Assistant Director would interrupt and would not allow other staff members to answer specific questions directed specifically to the other staff members, or questions that only the teacher would be able to answer, because the Directors wanted to make up lies as they went along. Additionally, important information and reminders are not communicated to parents in a timely manner, resulting in telling the parents the day of the event, which is very inconvenient for working parents who then have to struggle to make accommodations for their child. Furthermore, most of the staff try so hard not to speak to parents as they hand off their children to them, that they fail to inform the parents of their child's urgent needs such as diapers, wipes, or extra clothes in a timely manner, resulting in them finally informing parents of the child's needs at the very last minute. One particular teacher never acknowledged me as a parent , nor made eye contact with me ever as she accepted my child. A simple hello or even a smile would have been helpful. However, being courteous and polite starts with the Director's and Assistant Director's actions, but that's a lost cause when the Assistant Director is ALWAYS unprofessional and rude when speaking to parents-What do you expect? I doubt if the owner even has a clue of how unprofessional and unorganized her facility is being represented. The facility is not very clean at the front foyer where children are dropped off. Parents are not allowed to take their kids back through the main doorway to their designated classrooms, so I can only imagine how filthy it may be in those areas. On one occasion I saw a dead cockroach on the floor in the foyer, yet the Director and Assistant Director sat as if there wasn't anything constructive to do-They should have been sweeping and mopping that dirty floor. Also, you have no way of knowing how many kids are in each classroom or if the facility is following state guidelines for ratio of teachers to kids. On a different occasion I heard one of the staff members yelling at an infant that was crying constantly while one of the Directors just sat behind the closed window without addressing the matter. If the yelling was loud enough for me to hear, I know she also heard. Infants were frequently crying as if there was inadequate staff, or maybe incompetent staff for lack of a better term. Whatever the case, you would think that the Director and Assistant Director would without hesitation be willing to step in to lend a hand or intervene as needed, just as any good management team would be entitled to do, but somehow I don't think they got the memo. Nevertheless, this facility would be better if the owner would do a clean sweep starting with adopting a new clean and well organized facility. Next, the owner needs to get rid of all rude and unprofessional staff starting from top to bottom-from Directors to teachers and weed out the bad from the good. The owner needs to make sure she has adequate staff to accommodate the number of kids present. Communication needs to improve both verbally and written to ensure that parents are not ket in the dark. Furthermore, the owner needs to be present more to oversee her facility to ensure that problems are being handled in a professional manner, to ensure that kids needs are being met appropriately, and to ensure that parents are satisfied with the provision of child care services while children are entrusted in the care of this facility. Personally, I have observed a huge difference in the smooth operation of this facility in a more professional and organized manner ONLY when the owner was present, unfortunately, her presence is very rare.
The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the kids made it out of there ALIVE! It depends on your level of expectation as to how one would rate this daycare. If you are a parent who feeds your child crap, allow them to watch TV all day and don't really have any desire for a curriculum, then you'll be just fine. However, if you're a parent who actually wants your child to learn, be exposed to positive and intelligent people, desire for them to have educational structure etc. etc-then you would be disgusted. Just as you have top-notched schools and terrible schools..the same can be said with childcare. Their prices are low and I think they accept NCI-so that should give you a feel of what to expect. As previous reviewers have stated, they are money hungry. Their quick to tell you how much you owe but then they place the kids in front of TV's all day. Personally, I DO NOT think there should be TV's in daycares! There are plenty of other engaging and stimulating activities for kids to do vs. throwing then in front of the TV so staff can play on their cell phones, sleep, gosspip-whatever they do. Again, it's all about what you desire for your child and what you will accept. The two main ladies (Tanessa and Tasha) if they are still there-are cordial but you have to watch them when it comes to your money. There are nice but I am most certain they gossip even though thats not really "hear nor there". Bottom line-if you can afford better-DO BETTER!
I love this place the Director and the Assistant Director are great if I have any problems they are there to fix them right away. They always have a smile and are very welcoming and that's why my child has been there since he was 6 weeks and now he is 4 years old.
I only picked 1 star because I couldn't put zero. Horrible horrible daycare. Unloving and rude staff. Owner only cares about money and you never see her and she is always on vacation and out of touch. Babies are not comforted when they cry. Staff yells at older kids and tries to suspend them for any reason. Rude. Belligerent. Unprofessional. If you care about your child, you wouldn't send them here.
This daycare is a horrible daycare the employees are ok they just do what they are told but the director is the problem for someone who is supposed to be running a daycare she is not to good she doesn't know her own policies or follow them, they discriminate against kids having no reason to keep them from daycare but try to find every excuse despite their own policies, but yet they will take your money as if they are going and have no problem with it, when there are serious matters Cheryl Ann the Director and owner is never around and can't be reached even days after the fact like she knows shes wrong but go through the staff to get out what she wants to say, they are beyond unorganized records and information for kids never up to date, no communication between anyone, instead of saying there is a problem they find excuses, I took both my kids out of the daycare and they owed me money for the remaining time the employee was called and I even reminded her before I took my daughter they owed me money she wrote it down and said she was going to make sure the director got it, now over a month later the director says she was unaware of the situation but shes the director she should be on top of stuff which she is not I told her well the employee wrote it down and she needed to have better communication with her employees she said she will look into it but after a month there's no excuse then she tried to tell me she is very happy with her employees, she should be there her employees shes the one that is the problem not them but to this day she still hasn't called about the situation or even tried to communicate what so ever after I made it clear I wanted to talk to her seeing how she is the director and my kids were being treated unfairly that's poor management they get so many complaints so many people quitting or taking their kids out because they don't do things right.
Words can't describe enough how we feel about this daycare. My Son was SO HAPPY here. He was treated with so much love. He learned so much and developed very fast with the way the teachers taught him. This Daycare was so much fun, it was truely a child's paradise. My Son loved it so much he never wanted to go home, because he wanted to stay and play more. The directors were so sweet and the teachers cared so much for my Son. We moved so that is why my baby doesn't attend anymore. We still have not found a daycare that has met our standards the way this one did. It was so hard and very emotional for our family to say goodbye. I would recommend this daycare 100%. We miss them EVERYDAY.
Visited the daycare without an appointment. I was warmly welcomed and showed around the entire daycare. They were very professional and informative. The price is very good considering the area the daycare is in. The owner has put alot into the building and I can see them going very far and having a waiting list. My baby will be joining. I felt at peace from the moment I walk into the building, the children that was there were interacting with their worker and the babies was very happy.
