Violation Observed: Based on information ensure staff handle children in an appropriate manner. Observation revealed that a staff person grabbed and moved a child from one spot on the rug to another in an unsafe manner. | Retrain staff and submit retraining document with staff signatures to OOL. | Ensure the music in the infant room is lowered when children are sleeping, and ensure the music is age appropriate, varied, and lowered. During all inspections the staff are playing country music, and loudly. | Observation revealed that staff are leaving their pocketbooks open and within the reach of children. Ensure staff put their personal bags away upon entering the room, and out of the reach of children.

Violation Observed: On the day of the inspection staff did not wash and disinfect the diapering table after the child's diaper was changed.
