I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This daycare has a bus driver who abuses kids, pinches and makes them run for buses which can also harm them and the director knows of her behavior but has neglected to do anything about it. The director Ms Robinson is also very disrespectful and rude. The administration is very immature and not professional. They would rather keep a child abuser in their facility than fire her. The children are NOT their number 1 priority.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Management personnel is young and unprofessional, need to know how to deal with the parents and students. Management and staff in desperate need of Conflict Management, Customer Service and abiding by license expectations,
