The director Lynn at this facility has been unprofessional from the very beginning of my child’s enrollment. Gossiping about other children’s parents to other parents. I have had many safety concerns since the week we got started here. All employees carry two infant babies at a time when walking children to the class room leaving no hands if they fall or trip, major safety precaution . My child went hours without a bottle due to them losing a bottle. They send the old bottle home the next day as if it was a good bottle. I have called corporate before and no call back was done. Today there was an altercation with the director which was another unprofessional altercation that led us to leaving this daycare.
My other daughter has been at her daycare for over five years and never had a single altercation with teacher or director. I have spoken with other parents that had concerns with child care network as well. Gratefully he is shy of 1 years old and can start our other daycare soon, however I wouldn’t recommend this daycare for anyone unless it’s your last option.
Unlike most daycares, the classrooms are quite spacious and clean. Each class follows a curriculum specifically designed for each age group. To my surprise, all teachers have completed and must maintain a series of child educational classes before ever entering a classroom, meaning this is obviously a career choice and not just a source of income. Surprisingly, everytime I go in there to pick up my grandson or for special events, a member of Management is ALWAYS in the office, not filling in for a teacher; actually in the office ready to answer any and all questions I might have. They are friendly and impressingly knowledgeable about their facility. I highly recommend Child Care Network in Lynn Haven.
WHat make childcare network 148 stand out from all the rest is they don't only serve us parents with great quality childcare , they serve the parents with Friendly , curtious , and professional service ! Try them and you will bring your child back again and again !
