This place is absolutely terrible, lead teachers scream at children and tell them they're stupid with absolutely no fear of job loss. Not a place for children.
My child attended this center for two years. With the open floor plan I had hoped no abuse would be possible... There are a lot of great teachers and programs there, unfortunately that is not the case all around. We had a few issues at the start with medications going missing, the wrong wipes being used, and not being changed frequently enough, but that was taken care of. Fast forward about a year later with major administration changes and teaches getting changed(partially due to allegations of workplace sexual harassment) I witnessed one teacher drag a child besides my own by the arm, this teach was gone immediately, so didn't feel a need to report it. Well, then my child starts being scared to come to school, then my child tells me their teacher had hit them, dss chose not to prosecute but the daycare kept her employed there. I withdrew my child immediately and have since had multiple teachers come forward and tell me I made the right call, that they couldn't be frank with the investigators for fear of termination, one even claiming to have witnessed rough handling by the teacher who hit my child. And Another teacher took the opportunity to hit on me and send a picture of his chest. Very unprofessional and unsafe, doesn't take safety seriously.
