I have toured various headstarts in the past 3 weeks trying to find the best facility.I toured the Childcare Network on Highland Falls and I was amazed how nice it looked, it smelled great and everyone was nice.The directors energy,I absolutely love and she is experienced in special needs but I was so disappointed because there was a waitlist.
