I had a son at Challenged Child for nearly 4 years with a mild developmental delay. He was in speech therapy and occupational therapy for the entire time he was there. I will honestly say that I was not impressed with the therapy services offered for my son. It was as if the therapists were there just to collect a pay check and very little communication between them. When it comes to children with "real" needs, severe autism, downs, physically handicapped, Challenged Child probably does well, but I do not believe they properly prepare children for the higher standards required by some school systems for entrance into kindergarten (I.e. Gwinnett County). Make sure you do your homework before signing your child up.
