I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

So, about a week ago, I enrolled my daughter into this facility. I sat and told the lady everything about my schedule and my daughter's schedule and she was totally in. There was nothing left to do but switch my child's daycare. So today, I go to speak to her and introduce her to my daughter, and she has forgotten all about me and my child. Of course I grew very irritated because not only was she oblivious to What we agreed on, but my daughter is no longer enrolled in her old daycare, and it leaves me out of a sitter. Only person this will effect is me and my job . I wish she would have been a bit more professional and instead of writing all my info down and losing it , actually storing it somewhere and being a woman of her word. I am disappointed and I have every right to be. There will be no stars , just tears for the headache I have now.
