Description: The Learning Center is a private, non-profit organization serving individuals, birth to adults, with developmental disabilities in Carroll and Madison counties.The Carroll County Learning Center provides a wide range of service options for individuals and their families including a transportation system which provides for home pickup and delivery to the Center, medical appointments, recreation and community outings, Therapy Programs, Food Service Program which provides free and reduced lunches to each individual attending our programs and education services provided by certified, trained staff members.
