Okay so I work next door to this daycare, I can see the kids outside on the playground everyday, now I'm writing this review off of what I see on a daily basis, so first of all the way the staff is dressed is so unacceptable there is no reason why they should be almost naked or wearing baggy sweats to work, for example(body suits with a opening on your chest, see threw leggings, small shorts) I understand its hot but still very unacceptable and not professional, second they are on there phone the whole time they are outside, nobody is watching the kids, how can you see the kids if your texting? THERE SHOULD BE NO PHONES. The kids are constantly jump over the fence towards merrick road which is dangerous, the kids throw woodchips at each other and down each others clothes, they flight each other which no one stops, they are bullying each other on a regular basis which should not be tolerated they are so young, someone should be make fun games for them to get alone and grow. I even had my patients go next door and complain to the workers about how the kids are fighting each other but again they don't seem to care to much. the workers look real suspicious, I don't know what the hiring process is but there should be better regulations. I suggest no one bring there kids here, until someone does a better job supervising the workers action, and caring for the kids and ran like a professional daycare.
I enrolled my son at their Baldwin location. At first I was very happy with how they were taking care of the kids more importantly how my son was taken care off. IT DISMT LAST LONG. My son would come his homework was not done or it would be ALL WRONG. The teacher that was there had WAY to many kids for her to alone. Several times when I walked in to get my son, the teacher would be screaming trying to get the kids attention. When she called the director to help, she never came. One time I witnessed the directed yelling at the kids. After yelling the teacher said she need help, the teacher was told that there was nothing that could be done and to deal with it. She sunward to take the hole group alone to the playground. The teacher refused totale them. She replied " no, because it's to many kids to take alone. What would I do if one of the kids gets hurt?" After seeing that happen I took my 6 year old and my 6 month old out of that daycare.
