They make everyone, including new comers, feel accepted and ready for their day. The sense of community is constant. Several teachers start early to prepare their day's lessons, almost like busy bees preparing to go to work. During classes students are being pulled out for smaller group intervention so that no student falls through the cracks or as we have been hearing lately, "No student is left behindâ€. Teachers collaborate in grade level circles brainstorming new ideas for classroom efficiency so that everyone at our school site is on pace with everyone else. To this school, everyone should be successful – students, staff, and community.
