I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

I just spoke to the director who was extremely inconsiderate and rude while addressing me. She also could not even speak proper english. I am going to have this facility investigated. Hopefully, she stubbed her toe and has a better attitude with the children forced tocatho suncion endure her wraith.

This childcare center is terrible, the staff members are very unprofessional and unexperience. I don't know where they recruit these so call teachers with no certfications and skills. I removed my child within 2 weeks of attending the center and I highly recommend that you find childcare else where for your children. This place is not safe, and inadequite to take care of children. Need I say more they have no impathy for the children they supervise and it's a childcare center????????????????????
