The Butts County Head Start/Early Head Start Programs are implemented appropriately and professionally under the umbrella of The McIntosh Trail Early Childhood Development Council, Inc.. This center is safe for children. Children are privy to a conducive learning environment. The Staffs are qualified to provide quality care to all children and their families.
