I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I have use this facility for about 8 months. Since week 1 it has been nothing but issues and every other day to every week its a new issue or the same issue i already resolve. My child was telling me about a child who kept spitting on her and when i mention it to the teacher she tried to over power my child and tell her she was wrong and didnt know what she was talking about. a week later the lil boy (that was spitting on her) bit another child. i would address my concerns about my child drinking to much milk and it was a blow out for over 2 months. i got a doc note for milk and chapstick and tried to claim they never receive it when my doc office has doc. they did. they cant get there crap together and its always drama and chaos. Her teacher told her that her mother was a liar when we had news they didnt and she came home calling me a liar. Another child at the school and her couldnt get along another child told her something and when she repeated it back the child went and told on her and they made a big deal to later find out the child said it first. The playground is unsafe anyone can walk in and take your child. the director never at her desk and doesnt arrive at school until like 10am. The assistant teacher is the daughter in law of the director and she take her kids on field trips and gets paid for it. Must be nice to get paid for a family event from the money.fundraised by kids in your class. The lunch lady never wears a hairnet and her hair is long and stringy and everywhere. This place is a chao mess. STAY AWAY FROM IT!

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

This is not a good place to put your child. They are unsanitary and unsafe. My child was bitten by another child less than a month when he started and there was never a accident report, plus the owner/director was not aware until I told her. The babies changing tables don't have any mats on them and are not clean so after they change diapers the child's back smells like poop. The lights are dim the place stinks very bad when you walk in. My child stayed sick from infections there. I would not recommend and will be calling sanitation because most that have had their child here has said they are not sanitary. They don't even use plates for the one year old's room. They put their good on the bare table for them to eat. I haven't been to any other daycares in Angler but they have to be better and cleaner than this one.

I agree with the rest of the negative comments about this daycare. The teachers aren't even paying attention to the kids one because they have too many kids and second because they are busy talking to each other or on the phone.Kids aren't being treated right, there's a staff member that believes she has the righ to scream and touch a child. I personally have seen how bad kids get treated here and I myselve have left this place. I don't recommend this daycare at all.

First off as I am leaving this dump that the owners call a daycare a guy walks in with a pistol on his side which I have seen quite a few times here. There is no hair net on the cook. The child to teacher ratio is way over the state requirements. As I pull around the playground all the teachers are on the phones and doesn't have any clue what a single child is doing. There is no procedure to picking up children so anyone could walk right in and claim any child as there own. I have no idea how these people are still in business more or less hold a state license.

This center is the best thing that ever happened to Harnett County. They educated the children and take the best care possible of them. The staff is well educated and they make sure your child gets the education and care the need. They keep special needs children and do an awesome job doing it. The owner has been doing childcare in Harnett County for thirty years. Her sister is the director there now along with other staff that has been there for many years also. I would urge anybody looking quality childcare to go there.

This place is a joke! They have 2 buildings, one is for smaller children and infants and the bigger building is for the children aged 4+. I cannot speak for the smaller building but as for the building that the older children go to; There are no locks on the front door that require a pass code (ANYONE can walk in) I'm sure they would say that there's always someone at the front desk but that would be a lie and the director is not above lying, they claim to have the area under survaillance, they even have a sign stating so, however the 2 cameras they have are outside with both facing each buildings back door that are NOT even hooked up. There are NO cameras inside. There have been at least 3 complaints of abuse/neglect/inappropriate discipline towards the children in the past 2 years among other violations. I've spoken to parents that have had their children in this daycare and ALL of them have pulled their children out because of one problem or another. I will be another parent added to that list. I also just read a review on google from last week where another parents child got hurt because of rocks being on the playground for the younger children. The parent stated that they spoke to the owner/director (they are sisters) about the rocks before their child even hurt themselves. The 3 year old had to have stitches in their chin! An accident that could have been avoided had the people in charge listened to the parent. There are many daycares in the Angier area, I urge you to check them out before putting your precious child into this one. There are much safer and better maintained places then this trailer park/ghetto daycare.
