Very poor experience my sons teacher brought it to my attention that’s they were hearing my son be verbally abused on his zoom class when Mrs. Shelley and Mrs. Mandy didn’t think his mic was on. They were yelling at babies as well and my son has shown sever trauma and anxiety when he hears a raised voice now. I know an investigation was open and she has told me she fired Mrs. Mandy.
My two year old has been cared for by Mrs. Burrola and Miss Burrola for almost two years. We are absolutely pleased with Burrola Family Child Care. My child is cared for in a loving family environment. They have both indoor and outdoor play and even go on field trips over the summer. I am always apprised of any issues my child may be having or when he does very well. They incorporate learning into playtime. My child has learned so much and we are always surprised at what is absorbed each and everyday! The children are provided with structure and rules, which is greatly appreciated. We seem to always be on the same page. Caring for multiple children is a difficult task that requires love, patience and teamwork between the parents and the daycare provider. I look up to them everyday for doing the job they do. Without them I could not work and provide for my family. I have complete confidence in Burrola Family Child Care and know they have my child’s best interest in mind. If you are looking for an amazing daycare, look no further!
If you are looking for a wonderful home daycare provider Burrola Home Daycare is it! Shelley and Jessica are WONDERFUL.As a working parent, it is hard to find a place where you feel your child is
comfortable and in a secure environment; however, we found that place with Burrola Home Daycare. I am writing this to let other parents know that this is a wonderful place for your children to spend their days. My daughter loves it there. She talks about it constantly and gets excited to go each morning. She has learned a great deal too; everything from ABC's, numbers, letter and number recognition, shapes, music, and dance. A big plus for us is that she offered nutritional meals and snacks and they had a nice place to play outside, as well. The love and patience that Shelley and Jessica put into children makes me realize how lucky we are to have found a place we could call our daughter’s home away from home.
When I first met Mrs. Shelley and her daughter, I was so excited that my children would be in such a great invironment. Thiis family is a very loving family. Looks can be decieving. Within the first week I was given last minute notice that i was going to have to find a way to get my kids to the day care since Mrs. Shelley is very involved with her son's marching band and they had a competition, Then she states that she is a drop in child care and can work the hours which is incorrect and false i have had to change my work hours 6 in order to avoid late fees even though i am approved till 7. Then the last straw when i picked up my kids and she was sitting at her dinner table eating dinner with her family while my children sat at another table watching them. DISRESPECTFUL i would never recommend her to anyone else.. Again disappointed. Not to mention there is no assistance with homework. Please dont be fooled and do not put your kids through this either.
I have been using Burrola Home Daycare for a little over a year now and absolutly love them. My kids love going over to Miss Shelly's house and don't usually want to leave. The environment is verry clean and well kept and along with indoor play the kids are outside a lot too. I would reccommend Burrola Home Daycare to any of my friends! An Excellet place to have your child get the care they deserve.
