Do NOT put you children in these peoples care!!!
I was excited for this school. Unfortunately over the time of about 2 years I realized that every incident was down played… not investigated and always talked about as a brush of because “that’s just how kids are”. The majority of the kids in this facility have meltdowns in the morning not wanting to let go of their parents MY CHILD INCLUDED. ?? I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, i got tired of bringing up situations to the director because i felt as though it wasn’t a “major concern” every time I did bring up an incident. The first year “we have never had any type of incident of this type” it was a medical issue due to the potty training. The second year my daughter expressed how a teacher grabbed her by her hair; I spoke with the teacher… my daughter wouldn’t look her in her eyes and was already squeezing my arm not to leave…. Different year, different teachers. My son was also attending this facility not potty trained and he was picked up with his privates out of his diaper with a change of pants I wasn’t informed about. I felt as though there shouldn’t be anything more I should address to the director. Theres never any accountability for anything on their behalf, only when I informed them my children would no longer attend the facility it became a BIG concern and I wish this would’ve been how they reacted from the beginning before I made the decision. PLEASE IF YOUR CHILD IS HAVING A MELTDOWN SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT SCHOOL! My daughter now attends a new school and she doesn’t squeeze me or tugs on my shirt she walks in all by herself, head held high with a big happy smile!
