The staff are very unprofessional and do not follow protocol for NC daycare guidelines.
This was by far the worst child care facility I have ever experienced. We switched from our previous daycare to this one due to a cheaper weekly rate. I guess you truly get what you pay for. As soon as I walked in the door every morning the owner is always on her phone, they would never come get my children and help get them settled, I would always have to sit my toddler down at the table and get her ready to eat breakfast and then I’d have to take my infant out of her car seat and get her strapped into their bouncer or swing before I could leave to go to work. They never took my children outside, they would tell me excuses such as it was too hot today or they did play time inside their tiny building. She refused to work with my 6 month old to introduce table food to her, saying she just wasn’t interested and kept feeding her baby food. My husband came to pick them up at lunch time and they were serving the McDonald’s chicken nuggets. No wonder my infant wasn’t eating table food being served there, she couldn’t eat that crap! The owner would randomly close early with no notice ahead of time. If you have a job, that does not work out too well. One morning I dropped them off and just happened to see a sign hanging on the door saying they were closing that day at 1230 so they can clean all their toys. I walked in and said how long has this sign been on your door. She said I posted it up when we opened this morning due to a stomach bug going around. Needless to say I had them enrolled back in their old daycare that same day. They are both thriving now! Do not take the decision of what daycare to send your children to lightly!!
