If I could give minus 1 star I would, Nina who hired me never gave me an orientation, straight lied about so many things and I was thrown into working in a baby room with not even a background check done and was is still not done, worked there for a week and now can't get my check I'm told until the end of April, this is ridiculous. When I asked for the owners contact info to get my check I was told no, the teachers they have there should not be working with children, they are rough and do not treat the children nice, and are unprofessional and incompetent to even form a sentence to be answering the phone. Most unprofessional, unorganized place I've ever worked for in my life, hence why I left.
I am a single dad of a 7 year old girl. Have used this facility for almost two years and I must say the staff is some of the best I have ever had around my daughter. They not only treat my little girl like number one but they seem to treat all of the children like they are number one. Very helpful and understanding staff. My daughter loves going there for her before and after school care. Highly recommend this daycare if you are looking for somewhere your kids will be put first.
I will not get into a bantering match with a previous employee but do feel I must express the quality, love and devotion Bright Beginnings Day Care, employees, and families feel at our center. We are by no means perfect, but do follow the rules and strive to provide a loving and safe environment for our children and employees. I think that is shown in our 10 years of service and families we have served.
