I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Bright Hopes is the most amazing place for my children. They are not only learning the creative curriculum they also are learning the Bible curriculum which they are coming home teaching me and telling me stuff it really moves me to tears. Every child deserves a comforting home environment while their parents go to work and no parent should have to wonder or worry when they leave for work. I’m so happy we have families that’s been there since the beginning that really says a lot. I’m ecstatic to be apart of Bright Hopes me and my 4 children who ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT THERE!!!

This company by far, has been more than a Childcare provider, they actually care about the families they serve. I highly recommend their organization. I also encourage anyone who uses opinion based reviews as a determining factor for how you choose a caregiver, to go and meet them and talk to them for yourself, you'll be glad you did! Something else needs to be said, all the original staff are still with the company, and all the original families, that means a lot to me and my family and I hope it says something about them to you also!

Nikki should be SHUT DOWN. This is a disgusting establishment. She disguises it as a Christian Academy, but really it is just a hot mess. I wish you could give zero stars and still review her but unfortunately you can't do that. FIRST OF ALL THIS IS NOT A 24/7 CENTER!!!! She wants a specific number of kids there to be open on the weekends (10) and if she has even 9 she lets you know 2 days before the weekend that they'll be closed and it's up to you to find a sitter or call off work. This lady is a danger to children. On Mother's Day she took my child without permission to a family function and ignored my family's calls and texts trying to find my son. The police got involved and went to her daughter's house and hers and no one could find her. We didn't know where my 3 year old was for HOURS and she randomly called saying sorry they were in a different city. There are public police records explaining what happened if you don't believe me because that's SO INSANE. He also received a concussion yesterday by Nikki opening a door into his head and she called me and told me that he "bumped his head" but that he was okay. She also wrote that on the incident report. I got there after my shift at 230am to find him wide awake fussy and bleeding through his second bandage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When asked why I wasn't told he had a gash on his head and bleeding profusely, the worker told me that she was instructed just to put new band aids on. ARE YOU SERIOUS???????? I took him straight to the ER (weird that they didn't as a side note since you sign a permission slip for they to transport your children to an ER if anything happens) but they didn't even tell me it was bleeding so I guess I should not be surprised. I filed another police report and was told that he has a concussion. We are never walking back into that building again. They also changed his learning curriculum and classes without my knowing. They said they were trying to partner with me to finish potty training him but they turned it into a punishment. They sat him on the toilet for 10 whole minutes EVERY 20 MINUTES for the time of him being there. He now looks at potty time as a punishment so I am having to retrain him. She loses paperwork and just does what she wants to do. I worked nights at the beginning of our time there and she'd meet me there sometimes so I found out that she was leaving the center with my child without my knowing and taking him home with her or to the store randomly. She will make you sign these "field trip" permission slips and I guess that includes her personal errands as well. She actually took him on a field trip that I did not give permission for him to go to AND if you work early mornings be ware because sometimes no one may be there when you get there and you have to wait. My doctor's office said she got in a verbal fight with them over a paper they continually sent her because she wanted it in a different format. She over-talks parents to get her perception of a situation across and doesn't LISTEN or APOLOGIZE for anything. That is not a good way to run a business. Ask her employees (not her daughters) about how she runs her daycare and they'll tell you everything that goes on behind the scenes. It's despicable. It's unfortunate because she tricks you into thinking that you are placing your child in safe arms while you're hard at work but really she does her own thing. It's sad for the children. She takes advantage knowing people need the availability of an open all the time daycare so she can do a lot of things that normally daycare centers like Kindercare and other respectable centers won't do because people can't easily find other centers that have that availability spectrum. There's so much more to say but I believe I got the gist of the point across. Moral of the story do not go to her. Save yourself and your child heartache and headaches.
