When Licensing completed the walk-through of the program, Licensing observed a ones and older classroom with 5 children and 0 personnel. The children were awake, alone and unsupervised in the classroom. A staff member in the threes and older room was also not properly supervising the children at naptime, which resulted a child pushing a kitchen over onto another sleeping child.
