My three children have been at Bremen Child Care for years. I used them because I loved the way they loved my children, however; I have had a problem with one of their employees numerous of times. Recently I went to pick my boys up and here an employee YELL "Let's go" to my child as I am standing outside. The employee opens the door and I asked if she yelled at my son. She said "No". I then ask my 4-year-old son if she yelled at him to which he replied "Yes". I then ask the employee why she lied as she stated, "Well when it's time to go it's time to go". I then confront the employee with the issues I have had with her as she replies "Well, you keep bringing them back". I then ask to speak to the owner. As the employee is walking away, she states, "Say one more thing and I am going to jail". (Referencing to herself) All while I have my 10-month-old on my hip and another child in the doorway. The employee then comes back to tell me that the owner is busy and can talk to me later. She proceeds to slam the door in my face and walks away. I message the owner the next day to figure out what our solution was with this employee's actions as the owner states that every job is a learning experience. I advised the owner that I was not comfortable with leaving my children in their care if the employee was going to have that short of a temper with me and threatening me. The owner stated that she did not want to lose a "good employee" if they were willing to work on their mistakes. This facility has someone working for them that has never worked in childcare, has a history of bullying, yells at the children, lies to and threatens the parents. I removed my children from their care because of the employee and owner as the owner did not think the employee did any wrong.
This daycare needs to be s*** down. No structure let kids watch other kids. Pull kids hair when crying let a 13 yrs kill slap my 7yr old child.
