The director of the facility is extremely ill mannered and unprofessional. She hired a woman accused of assaulting a four year old child at another facility to look after one and two year olds. When asked if she knew about the incident she initially lied and then became rude to parents about questioning their children’s safety. The entire preschool needs a flush with a new director.
Personnel are lazy and uncooperative. My child has has come home many times with fevers over 102, had breathing troubles, and on several occassions I've had to take him directly to the ER. Daycare never notified me on these occassions. There is a lack on communication between providers when they switch over also. No one ever knows anything about my child, how his day was or how many times he had a potty accident, or how he got bumps and brusies. HORRIBLE!
