We have been using this provider for some time now. At the begging game of the Pandemic the owner was in quarantine for a positive covid test, and was seen coming into the facility during this time. A report was made and the name of the reporter was not withheld. Due to this our child has been receiving unfair treatment, to the point to where our child doesn’t want to come to school anymore. He has been sent home requiring a doctors note, when we came back with the note, we were told that they still wouldn’t take him, we ended up going to three different doctors on that occasion. He has been sent home when he sneezed during allergy season because he “may be contagious.” It is very blatantly obvious to me that the owner and director have little regard for the mental well being of the children that attend here, especially if the workers don’t like the parents. We essentially pay for our child to be there for about 12 hours a week, but you have to pay full price whether your child is there the entire time or not. If they are doing this to every child then the entire center is a scam and should be closed. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
