My daughter has learned a lot at this daycare (more of a pre-school than a daycare). She has been going here almost two years and has made some really great friends (including a few of her teachers). The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is a bit outdated and I don’t think they remind her to drink water often enough which is why I give them four stars.
I give 1 star to this parent. There's no way a teacher act this rude to a parent. Teachers are there for every individual to teach and treat each child equally, as a Teacher myself been teaching ages 0-5yrs of age for 17 years and I never disrespect any parent in my life , I always listened to them and love their child as my own.
My son went here for almost a year a week shy of a year. Recently found out that he has a condition called ADHD and is a super overractive child. I was looking into a new facility since Jessica the so called director gave me a twp week notice to get my son out of her facility! Because basically her and the staff didnt want to deal with him anymore. Once I told the school what he had they started to single him out by not giving him lunch any extra snacks yet they claim that they give the kids a good nutrional lunch yet if my kid didnt eat lunch Jessica herself told me they would give him crackers well since when is crackers nutrional??? And always giving kids things that they wont eat! When jessica decided overnight that my sons last day was on the monday, my mother was dropping him off on the tues and she attacked my mother in the parking lot and started yelling (Yes I have witnesses) at my mother that she needs to take him home and being totally un-professional about the whole situation. They talk to the kids like they are adults when they are not! When I found out that my son had not been eating lunch for almost a month I asked jessica if I could pack a lunch for my son and she absolutley not cause then everyone else will want to do the same. Well how could there be a problem with that personally I see it as making their lives easier! And once they found out he was ADHD they started to ignore us when we walked into the lobby and opened the door to let him in the class they stopped saying HI and having a small converstation with us! Which is totally rude and un-professional. My son and other ppl that I speak that still have their kids going there were and are consistantly sick all the time because they dont clean the sleeping mats properly and the equipment. One is having him tonsils removed because of this and when kids are sick they let the parents leave the kids instead of keeping them my son ended up getting pink eye from this. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!EVER!!!!! My son now goes to TLC and is doing great no phone calls every five min to tell me that he has acted out or whatever other excues they gave me on a daily basis and he is now over exceling! The ratio is the same just way better teachers that actually know what they are doing and are in it for the kids and not the money and they are also cheaper than bizzy beez! He takes a packed lunch everyday and not a problem!!!! The staff are awesome at TLC!!!!!
